The Hindu Council of New Zealand, in partnership with the New Zealand Police, is hosting a special Police Recruitment Seminar in Rotorua, aimed at educating the Indian community and the public about career opportunities within the NZ Police. The event will be held on Tuesday, 15 October 2024, from 5:45 pm to 7:30 pm at the Hindu Heritage Centre, 225 Malfroy Road, Rotorua.
The seminar will include presentations from senior NZ Police officers and recruitment specialists, offering insights into the various roles, qualifications, and the application process for joining the police force. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A session and receive guidance on application preparation.
Dr. Guna Magesan, President of the Hindu Council of New Zealand, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration:
