I once ridiculed 'SandhyaVandan' (meditation) but Western science now  advocates Yoga and i am thrilled. I was aghast when my G'mother suggested Cowdung as a 'room purifier', but science now speaks of anti-bacterial properties. I did not know about the 'eat sweet before you leave home' theory but read recently that sugary drinks boost our brain's performance before a test.

I think it is time we all woke up and embraced positive thinking and attracted some positive energy than be bogged down with superstitious beliefs that some-how instills fear and is slightly veiled with bad energy. This is a good article. Keep it up Ram.
